NEPTUNE PORTABLE MIXERS

The Neptune Mixer line is quite complete with 1750 RPM direct drive and 350 & 420 RPM gear drive mixers. Mounting styles available for mixers are clamp, bracket, angle riser and flange. Gear drives are conventional helical and also a unique planetary gear box with Delrin idler gears for extremely quiet operation. Horse Power ranges from 1/3 to 5. Other specialty mixers are available such as a 5 gallon pail mixer and folding propeller mixers for drums and bulk tanks. A new RJ-5.1 bulk tank mixer has dual 17.5" impellers for agitating 38% lime slurry. Bring us your problem applications and we will find a solution.

Impellers
	Impellers are available in sizes from 2" to 29". We supply both 1:1 pitch and 1 1/2: 1 pitch (super pitch). High shear disperser discs and custom hydrofoil impellers are also available. Standard materials are 316 stainless steel and carbon steel. Alloy 20, Monel, Nickel, and Hastelloy alloys are also available.
